Breaking: Democrats Trying to Disarm Soldiers, Veterans!

Every year, Congress must pass 12 spending bills to avoid a government shutdown. One of the most important of these bills is the National Defense Authorization Act. This bill keeps the United States Military funded and makes sure that soldiers receive their paychecks.

Democrats are using this must-pass bill to try to pass more gun control! Tucked away on Page 297 of the bill is a provision that would create a red flag firearm confiscation process in the military. Prosecutors and judges would be able to disarm soldiers without even accusing them of a crime, notifying them it was happening, or giving them a chance to defend themselves.

The United States Military is an all-volunteer force. Every single man and woman who signs up does so voluntarily.

Like other government positions, these men and women have to swear an oath to, among other things, "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic." Their job in the military is to defend our rights and liberties.

The question is, who is supposed to defend *their* rights and liberties?

Right now, there is a push to implement a red flag gun confiscation system within the United States Military. Tucked away on Page 297 of the House version of the National Defense Authorization Act is a section that will allow military prosecutors to secure an ex parte order to disarm soldiers and confiscate their firearms.

Prosecutors and judges would be able to disarm soldiers without even accusing them of a crime, notifying them it was happening, or giving them a chance to defend themselves.

There is no provision in the law that limits how long these disarmament orders can last and there is technically no provision in this bill that guarantees soldiers the right to swiftly defend themselves in order to get their rights back.

I don't know what Joe Biden is planning, but the past eight months have shown he is terrified of conservative soldiers and veterans. Biden is doing everything he can to disarm conservatives in the military.

That is why the Biden team refused to allow National Guard troops who supported Trump to serve in the inauguration security detail. That is why the Pentagon has spent the entire year trying to purge Conservatives from the ranks. That is why Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller - the man who publicly criticized the Biden administration's handling of the Afghanistan withdrawal - has now been arrested and thrown into the brig.

That is why Joe Biden is forcing out soldiers who refuse to take the vaccine and preparing to give them dishonorable discharges. Under US law, anyone who receives a dishonorable discharge is banned from owning guns for the rest of their life. Yes, Biden is reserving the right to permanently disarm soldiers and veterans if they reject a forced vaccination.

And yes, that is why Democrats are now pushing to give the Pentagon the power to suspend soldiers' 2nd Amendment rights without due process...

Only a tyrant would work this hard to disarm conservatives in the military...

These men and women swore an oath to protect you. Now, it is your sworn duty to protect them! You took a very similar oath when you arrived in Washington. You also swore to defend the constitution against its domestic and foreign enemies.

Right now, there are domestic enemies of the Constitution attempting to expand the military's power to disarm innocent servicemen and women. You CANNOT allow this provision to pass into law!

I don't care what it takes: You must block these gun confiscation provisions from becoming law.
