Not only did he lie to Congress about preserving Lois Lerner's evidence when he knew the hard drives were being destroyed, but newly released FBI documents prove that the IRS lied about when they were notified of these crimes and lied about what the investigations found.

Lying under oath is a crime. Criminal actions are impeachable.

You took us this far. This resolution never would have been filed had you not hounded Congress to hold these criminal bureaucrats accountable.

IRS Commissioner John Koskinen defied a legal subpoena and preservation order and presided over the destruction of evidence.

Then, when he testified before Congress, he lied and told them that Lois Lerner's data was being preserved and would be handed over to Congressional investigators. He knew that Lois Lerner's hard drives had already been incinerated and physically recycled.

That is perjury. Depending on his individual involvement in the incineration of the hard drives, he could also be criminally liable for destroying evidence.

Now, we just learned that the FBI investigated the IRS scandal back in 2011 and found evidence of lawlessness. When they brought the evidence to the then-acting IRS Commissioner, he responded with two words: "Oh sh-t."

IRS Commissioner John Koskinen, however, told Congress that the actions against Conservative groups were mistakes, not deliberate, and that the investigation found no evidence of deliberate lawlessness.

You must impeach him.

When someone puts their hand on the Bible and gets put under oath, that has to mean something. There have to be consequences for breaking that oath.

Whether it is Hillary Clintion flat-out lying to Congress about her email crimes or John Koskinen lying through his teeth about complying with a Congressional investigation... Perjury is perjury. Period.

The evidence is clear. If you will not hold John Koskinen responsible for lying under oath about destroying legally preserved evidence, then you have no business serving in Congress.
