When the Iran-backed militia stormed the Baghdad embassy last week, they spray painted on the wall that "Suleimani is our leader." Within days, Iranian Gen. Qassim Suleimani was dead.

Suleimani was responsible for hundreds of American deaths during the Iraq War. Up until his death, he was still trying to kill as many Americans as possible.

When the embassy was attacked, many of your colleagues on the Left accused Trump of being weak. When Trump retaliated against the mastermind of the attack, those same Congressmen and Senators accused him of being a warmonger.

What the past week has shown is that many of your colleagues are willing to do or say anything to damage Trump.

Now, they are calling on Iran to stand down and give them a chance to deal with President Trump first. Yes, there are Democrats who are communicating with the regime in Tehran and asking for the opportunity to take Trump out and avoid war.

Their resolutions are so radical, they would classify the strike against Suleimani as a 'war crime.'

It is one thing to disagree with the President over policy. But here, they have gone too far. Your colleagues have allowed their Trump hatred to consume them. They would rather side with the Islamic Republic of Iran than side with their own country. It is absolute madness.
