Obama Changes Immigration Law Again, Americans Suffer

Barack Obama just unilaterally changed our immigration laws again and this time American workers are in the crosshairs.

The President issued changes to the controversial L-1B visa program which allows companies to import their foreign workers in order to replace their American workers. He just made it easier for international companies to lay-off American workers and import foreign laborers instead in order to pay them less.

This is on top of the new data that shows 13% of all illegal aliens work in white collar positions. Obama is giving amnesty to illegal aliens who are literally stealing jobs from Americans.

This has to stop! This is absolute madness!

Barack Obama's latest executive action on immigration targets American workers. The President has just loosened restrictions for foreigners seeking L-1B visas.

The law allows international companies to import their foreign workers into the United States. But there are very few restrictions about what they can do once they get here. As a result, many companies lay-off American workers and replace them with foreigners willing to work for much less salary.

Instead of restricting this program to protect American jobs, the President instructed federal employees to be less strict in processing these job-killing visa applications.

This comes on the heels of a new study showing that 13% of all illegal immigrants work white collar jobs. All we hear from Democrats is that amnesty is harmless because illegals work the jobs that Americans don't want. This is a LIE!

Since the recession, 180,000 illegal aliens have entered the workforce in white collar positions. These people shouldn't be able to apply for jobs to begin with. It is a federal crime for a business to knowingly hire an illegal alien. But Barack Obama's amnesty gives these job stealers their own social security cards, making them indistinguishable from legal immigrants when applying for jobs.

On top of this, the data shows that all net job growth since 2007 has gone to immigrants (both legal and illegal).

The economy may be improving but Americans aren't reaping the benefits. These job seekers are having the rug pulled out from under them by a President more interested in helping illegal aliens than American citizens.

This is unacceptable! The American recovery should be built on the success of American citizens, not illegal aliens or foreign workers. I demand that you put a stop to this President's dangerous policies and protect American workers from the politicians and special interests that want to import more cheap foreign labor!
