Congress listened to you. They forced the Pentagon to give Purple Hearts the victims of the Fort Hood terror attack. Congress assumed that this would make these victims qualify for combat benefits.

But that's no longer the case. The Obama administration is reading the law as narrowly as possible in order to DENY these terror victims their combat benefits.

Here we have soldiers who are permanently disabled and the Obama administration is using technicalities to deny them benefits.

This is unacceptable!

You raised your voice once to get these heroes the Purple Hearts they earned. Now it is time to FORCE the Obama administration to give these heroes the combat benefits they earned as well!
