Hillary Clinton Belongs in Prison. Period

The Constitution says that government officials CANNOT receive gifts from foreign governments. While Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State, her Clinton Foundation received hundreds of millions of dollars, many of which came from foreign governments.

She violated the Constitution. Period. The horrific thing is that she could have communicated directly with foreign powers about this quid pro quo arrangement over email and we'll never know because she simply deleted her emails.

There’s nothing the Courts can do and the Obama administration sure won’t prosecute one of its own. It is up to Congress to investigate and punish Clinton for her wrongdoing and it is up to YOU to demand it!

Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the United States Constitution - Title of Nobility Clause - prohibits government officials and elected public servants from receiving gifts from foreign governments without Congressional consent.

That is exactly what Hillary Clinton did.

While Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton's Clinton Foundation received hundreds of millions of dollars in donations. Many of these donations came from foreign governments.

At face value, this would appear to be a quid pro quo arrangement. That is exactly why the Founding Fathers prohibited these types of gifts. No foreign state can be allowed to buy our government officials.

Hillary Clinton is guilty. In 2012, Congress notified Mrs. Clinton of an ongoing Congressional investigation into her use of private email accounts while at the State Department. She never answered the committee's questions. But that doesn't matter.

As soon as she was notified of this investigation, she had an obligation to safeguard all emails and data. She didn't.

In the court system, this is known as the "spoliation of evidence." When an individual has a duty to safeguard evidence and instead chooses to deliberately destroy it, then it is legally acceptable to presume guilt. It's the only thing stopping defendants from just destroying evidence.

We have no idea whether Hillary Clinton was discussing these quid pro quo deals over email with foreign governments, and that is by design. We'll never know, thanks to Hillary deleting all of her emails.

The courts have no power over this and you'll never get the Obama administration to prosecute one of its own. It is up to YOU to investigate and, if necessary, punish Mrs. Clinton for violating the Constitution and accepting foreign donations to her foundation while she was Secretary of State!
