Another illegal alien was caught commiting a violent crime. This time Hermes Rivera - a 25-year old illegal immigrant - was caught on film raping a 10 year old girl. He claimed he was "making love" to her.

It's disgusting. But what is even more disgusting is that under the current law and Court rulings, this scumbag will likely be released from prison and put back into society.

There are 167,527 illegal alien convicted criminals that the Obama administration has released from prison and let back into society to prey on more innocent Americans.

Congress has to close this horrible loophole that allows the administration to let these violent criminals go.

But the truth of the matter is that only 8% of the illegal alien criminals that were released from prison last year resulted from the Zadvydas ruling. The rest were released because the Obama administration wanted to release them.

If you don't act, Hermes Rivera - accused of raping a small child three times - will be the 167,528th illegal alien convicted criminal released from prison.

You have to put a stop to this. I don't care what the Supreme Court says or what the Obama administration believes, if someone is convicted of a violent crime, they belong in prison, not on the streets. The fact that these people are illegal aliens caught and convicted of these crimes and then released into society is shameful.
