GOP Surrendering the Fight Against Abortion

The Supreme Court ruled in 1973 that the point of viability was somewhere between 24-28 weeks. However, the law has not caught up to the science. At 20 weeks, the unborn feel pain in-utero. At 21 weeks, it has been proven that they can survive outside the womb.

The Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act would bridge that gap. However, at the last minute, a select group of Republicans caved under the pressure, forcing the House to postpone the vote and leave 500,000 demonstrators shaking their heads. 

This is absolutely shameful and you MUST pressure Congress to honor their oaths to protect the rights of the most vulnerable, the unborn! Force Congress to hold a vote on this commonsense legislation and protect the rights of the unborn!
