Should Antique US Military Pistols be Sold to Civilians?

An amendment just made it out of committee that would allow citizens to buy old WWII pistols from the government!

Currently, taxpayers spend $200,000 every year just to store these relics in the armory. We've spent millions of dollars on storage costs since they were all decommissioned. The amendment would allow the Civilian Marksmanship Program to sell these WWII relics to the general public. Any qualified American would be able to purchase these pieces of history and instead of paying to store them in a warehouse, the pistols would start paying the taxpayers back.

The first hurdle is over. Now it is up to you to make sure that this amendment survives and is kept in the final bill!

Americans deserve to own these pieces of history!
