Good News: 5th Circuit Denies Obama’s Amnesty Appeal!
Yesterday, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals denied the Obama administration's appeal of Judge Andrew Hanen's injunction.
“The public interest favors maintenance of the injunction,” the judges wrote in the majority opinion. “Because the government is unlikely to succeed on the merits of its appeal of the injunction, we deny the motion for stay.”
This is good news, but there's more to be done. The Obama administration has completely ignored the previous injunction and processed amnesty applications anyway. A court order won't stop this President.
The only thing that will stop this is an Act of Congress and the only way that can ever happen is if you put the fear of God into them!
