Obama’s ICE Director Just Refused to Enforce the Law

Obama's own Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Sarah Saldaña, just admitted under oath that the Obama administration would not go after illegal alien criminals in sanctuary cities until Congress passes amnesty legislation.

Is she insane? No, she's just a liberal.

But the truth is that this isn't the first of Obama's ICE Directors who has refused to enforce the law.

Harry Reid and the Democrats pushed this woman's confirmation through in the days before the GOP took over the Senate. She MUST be removed from office! It's up to you to demand that Congress move towards impeaching Sarah Saldaña and replace her with someone who will enforce the law, not ignore it!

This past December, in the final days before the GOP took over the Senat, Harry Reid pushed through as many of Obama's nominees as possible, no matter how unqualified they were.

One of these nominees was Sarah Saldaña, who is now the Director of Immigration and Customs "Enforcement." I use the word enforcement lightly because she just admitted under oath that ICE will not go after illegal alien criminals in sanctuary cities until Congress passes Obama's amnesty.

When asked when the administration was going to deal with these sanctuary cities, Saldaña replied, "I presume when you all address comprehensive immigration reform; perhaps it can be addressed there."

It doesn't get more passive-aggressive than that. But the fact remains that this is a cabinet member refusing to enforce the law, essentially holding the country hostage, until Congress surrenders and passes Obama's amnesty legislation.

Sarah Saldaña should have never been confirmed. She is woefully underqualified for the position. But not only is she inept but on top of that, even if she was capable, she simply refuses to do her job.

Congress has the constitutional authority to impeach cabinet members. It hasn't happened in a while, but it isn't often that cabinet members admit under oath that they refuse to actually do their job.

Saldaña's comments are coming on the heels of testimony she gave earlier this year where she retracted her comments and announced that the Obama administration supports sanctuary city policies.

You need to begin impeachment proceedings against Dir. Saldaña. If you refuse, why even pass laws if you are ok with the administration simply refusing to enforce them?
