Gun Groups Give Up Fighting After Scalia's Passing

Gun rights groups are giving up on their court battles to overturn gun control laws. They simply can't risk bringing a case before the Supreme Court without Scalia on the bench. The Supreme Court could use their cases as mechanisms to legalize strict gun control nationwide.

But just because they are withdrawing their motions doesn't mean we have to give up! Congress has the authority to pass nationwide gun rights legislation. There are numerous bills languishing in committee, including the Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act, that would take the wind right out of the gun control movement's sails.

You MUST push Congress to pass these bills. We have a chance to put a stop to the gun control movement but Congress is too afraid to go there.
