Obama officials are meeting with the United Nations TODAY to start surrendering American sovereignty to the UN Framework Climate Change Convention. They know there is zero chance of Congress ratifying the treaty, so they are going to implement it unilaterally.

This is unconstitutional, but it is also highly illegal.

A 1994 law prohibits any administration from participating in a UN program or conference that extends membership to Palestine.

Congress has every right to cut Obama off at the knees and defund this program entirely.
