A Federal Judge has just forced all of the DOJ's amnesty attorneys to retake remedial ethics classes after he caught them lying under oath about the President's amnesty directive.

They were under a court-ordered injunction but the administration processed 100,000 amnesty applications anyway. Then the DOJ lied to the judge about it.

As humorous as this is, we are out of time. This is the extant of what Judge Andrew Hanen can do. With the votes not there on the Supreme Court for victory, we are now literally days away from Obama's amnesty program going into effect.

Republicans in the House and Senate promised to defund Obama's amnesty when the court fight was exhausted. We've reached that point!

When you go home to your districts, the Supreme Court will issue its ruling on Obama's amnesty program.

The votes are not there for a victory. This is just another case that has swung the other way after Justice Scalia's passing.

When Judge Andrew Hanen issued his injunction, the Obama administration ignored the court order and gave amnesty and work permits to over 100,000 illegal aliens. This is what the administration accomplished in secret.

If the injunction is lifted, millions of amnesty documents will be put into the mail.

You and your colleagues will be back in your district and powerless to stop the paperwork from going out.

Last year, House and Senate leadership promised to defund Obama's amnesty program once the court fights were exhausted. We have reached that point.

Allowing Obama to move forward with this amnesty creates a precedent that the President has the power to overrule congressionally imposed immigration laws and legalize people at will.
