Today, Mitch McConnell is meeting with DHS and the FBI to talk gun control post-Orlando.

He has said that he is "open" to passing gun control in the wake of the terror attack in Orlando.

This push is unlike anything we've seen. The media and the gun grabbers are going all-out to get these gun bills passed.

Let me be clear:

You have no right to tell me what type of gun I can and cannot own for legal purposes. The 2nd Amendment isn't for hunting, it is for self-defense. Americans have every right to own semi-automatic weapons.

It is against federal law to institute a database of gun owners. The only way to enforce a "universal background check" is to know who has the guns so you can go after those who transfer guns illegally.

And you have no right to add the secret, terror watch lists to the NICS background check system. The law already details who can and cannot own weapons. Giving the government the power to suspend civil rights based on the lowest standard of proof is not the solution. Charging, and convicting, terrorists in a court of law is.

If Mitch McConnell, or anyone in Congressional leadership for that matter, emerges from this meeting with Comey and Johnson and calls for a vote on gun control legislation, you must remove him from power.

Period.

What happened in Orlando was a tragedy. It was a horrible terror attack perpetrated by a man who pledged his allegiance to ISIS.

Law-abiding American gun owners had NOTHING to do with it!

The mantra of the left is "don't let a good crisis go to waste." Your oath is to protect and defend the Constitution, including the 2nd Amendment!

We the People DEMAND that you block all gun control bills from coming to a vote or else we will have no choice but to vote accordingly at the ballotbox...
