RINO Surrender: McConnell Officially Agrees to Hold Gun Control Votes!

Yesterday, you and other patriots sent almost 400,000 faxes to Congress demanding that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell be removed from power if he surrenders on gun control and agreed to hold votes on Obama's anti-gun bills.

It was announced early this morning that he has done just that. The Senate will vote on bills to create a nationwide gun registry and to give the government the power to disarm anyone, at any time.

We thought we had more time. We don't.

You threatened to remove these spineless RINOs from power and now it's time to live up to that threat.

Early this morning, it was announced that Mitch McConnell and GOP leaders had agreed to put Obama's anti-gun proposals up for a vote.

GOP Leadership agreed to hold another vote on the 2013 background check bill to create a nationwide gun registry and they agreed to hold a second vote on bills to suspend constitutional rights if someone is suspected of being a terrorist.

First of all, the Government has no right to force Americans to register their guns. Without a registry, universal background checks can never be enforced. Federal law explicitly forbids such a registry.

But giving the government records of who owns the guns, and then granting them authority to disarm someone and suspend their 2nd Amendment rights, based on nothing but mere suspicion is unconscionable.

We live in a society where people are innocent until proven guilty. This "No Fly, No Buy" bill will turn this principle of justice on its head and presume people are guilty of being terrorists until they can prove they aren't.

Can you imagine if you and your colleagues were proposing suspending someone's free speech rights if they become the subject of a criminal investigation? What about suspending the right to a jury trial for anyone suspected of being a terrorist?

It's ridiculous.

GOP leadership just agreed to hold votes on creating a database and allowing the government to disarm people on that database for literally any reason.

Mitch McConnell went back on his word, his oath. If McConnell, or any other turncoat Republicans, schedule votes on these anti-gun bills, then they must be removed from positions of power!

If you think you can go after Americans' 2nd Amendment rights like this and get away with it, you have got another thing coming...
