In less than two weeks, Obama will travel to the UN and surrender our sovereignty.

What will it take to get you to honor your oath and defend the constitution? Obama is once again moving to violate the Constitution.

In 1999, your predecessors and colleagues voted not to ratify the UN Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty.

The vote was 51-48. As you know, it takes a 2/3 vote in the Senate in order to ratify an international treaty. So the treaty's advocates came up 18 votes short.

The Senate didn't even come close to ratifying it.

So you can imagine my shock to learn that Obama is resurrecting this treaty and plotting to use a UN Security Council Resolution to bind the United States to it without Congressional approval.

Back in 2013, the Obama administration tried to argue before the Supreme Court in Bond v United States that international agreements and norms should trump US law. Thank God, they lost.

Then in 2014, the President signed onto the UN Arms Trade Treaty and began implementing its provisions by executive action without any Congressional approval.

In 2015, President Obama signed on to the UN Climate Treaty. Even though you and your colleagues did not approve the treaty, Obama instructed the EPA to implement the "spirit" of the treaty through identical environmental regulations.

And now, in 2016, the final full year of Obama's presidency, he is going for it all. He is trying to surrender our right to develop defensive weapons to the United Nations and shredding the Constitution in the process.

This is it. September 10th is the target date. If you won't stop Obama right now, then you will have effectively ceded your powers to the Executive Branch.

If you will not stop the President from bypassing Congress like this and shredding the Constitution, then We the People will have no choice but to remove you from office!
