What is he doing that makes him so busy? He's fundraising for Hillary Clinton and putting the finishing touches on his plan to surrender the United States' sovereignty to the United Nations.

In 1999, Congress overwhelmingly refused to ratify the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty. Obama is resurrecting this treaty and has announced he will use a UNSC resolution to bind the United States to the treaty without Congressional approval.

For months, I have been warning you that Obama was poised to surrender the United States' sovereignty to the United Nations on a number of issues.

First, during his recent trip to Asia, Obama signed onto the UN Climate Change Treaty without you and your colleagues' approval. This is unconstitutional. It takes a 2/3 vote in the Senate to ratify a treaty. Yet, Obama plans to implement this treaty on his own through new EPA regulations...

Now, President Obama has arrived in New York for the UN General Assembly meetings. I have warned you that Obama planned to bind the United Stated to the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty, even though, you, your colleagues, and your predecessors voted AGAINST the treaty in 1999 by a vote of 51-48.

Now, on the treaty's 15th anniversary, the Obama White House has announced that the President will use a UN Security Council resolution to bind the United States to this treaty that Congress emphatically voted against.

There has never before been such obvious evidence of treason and lawlessness.

So, what has your response been? You sent Obama a sternly worded letter.

I appreciate the fact that you and your colleagues listened to us and took action, but I have to tell you the truth. The President is laughing at you. Here he is surrendering our sovereignty, shredding the Constitution in the process, and the best you can come up with is a letter telling him, 'Don't you dare!'

It's pathetic.

I am writing you today to make sure you understand that this isn't good enough. If you thought that sending this sternly worded letter would be enough to satisfy me and the countless others demanding Congressional action, then you better think again.

We don't have time for "all talk, no action" politics. The UN General Assembly convenes tomorrow. Obama gives his speech tomorrow. He surrenders our sovereignty tomorrow. You are out of time.

Either block Obama and stop him from surrendering our sovereignty or step down. Your choice.
