It isn't every day that you see a sitting US President collude with European Socialists in order to violate the Constitution and circumvent Congress to implement an international treaty.

I wish that was a joke, but it's not.

Yesterday, both the European Union and India ratified the UN Climate Treaty. The minimum threshold has officially been met. In exactly 30-days, the treaty will formally enter into force.

You and your colleagues never ratified this treaty. As far as the constitution is concerned, this should be the end of the discussion. But President Obama is conspiring to circumvent your legislative authority to both implement and finance the treaty abroad!

Barack Obama has already given the United Nations $500 million of unappropriated taxpayer money. This first payment enabled the UN to get this far. But now that the treaty is 30-days away from going into effect, Obama is preparing to "donate" another $2.5 billion to finance the treaty's implementation.

Obama and the globalists think they've gotten away with it. They think they will get away with "donating" another $2.5 billion to the UN. That is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Obama has pledged to implement the UN Climate Treaty by executive order and through EPA regulations. That is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

But even worse is the fact that he refuses to put the treaty through Congress. That is completely UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

When Obama signed the UN Arms Trade Treaty, you and your colleagues emphatically voted it down. He has learned from his failure. Now, he has devised a way to circumvent you and your colleagues entirely to fully finance the treaty's implementation.

There is no place for "ends-justify-the-means" politics in Congress. If you won't push to schedule a floor vote to pull the rug out from under President Obama, I have no choice but to assume you support the President violating the Constitution.

You need to freeze the accounts. Stop Obama from giving the UN funds that you did not appropriate.

You need to put an end to Obama's new EPA regulations before they go into effect.

Either you honor your oath, or you don't. If you won't push for a vote, you will be replaced. That's not a threat, it's a promise.
