The GOP plot to surrender the Supreme Court has now gone public.

Senator Jeff Flake (R-AZ) - who you might remember from his support for 100% amnesty - announced his plan to confirm Merrick Garland, Obama's leftist and anti-gun Supreme Court nominee.

A month ago, the GOP had just enough traitors on board to team up with the Democrats to add this Leftist to the bench. Today, there are now more than enough "Republican" votes.

Senator Jeff Flake has made public what we have known for a while. There is a large minority within the Republican Party that plans to vote alongside Democrats to put Merrick Garland onto the Supreme Court.

They don't care that he will be the rubber stamp for Obama's amnesty or that he will cast the deciding vote in eliminating the individual right to keep and bear arms. In fact, these GOP turncoats actually like that he would do those things.

The American people have had enough. We watch you and your colleagues make promise after promise around election time only to reneg on every single one of them when you get into office.

Confirming Merrick Garland is a way for these RINOs to pass gun control and approve amnesty for illegal aliens without having to suffer the consequences if they actually voted for it.

This is unacceptable.

Under no circumstances can you allow Merick Garland to be confirmed as the next Supreme Court nominee. One of the Clinton campaign emails made public by Wikileaks this week shows the Clinton campaign acknowledging that the next person added to the Supreme Court's bench will decide the trajectory of the court for decades to come.

I am writing to you to make sure you understand that if you participate in this surrender and allow Merrick Garland to be added to the Supreme Court, then I will hold you personally responsible for every single decision he makes.

If a Garland Supreme Court bans guns, then you will have voted to ban guns. If a Garland Supreme Court approves Obama's amnesty, then you will have done the same.

You swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. If you allow Merrick Garland, or any Leftist, to be confirmed, you will have broken your oath.
