UN Chief Taunts Congress, Says Obama's Climate Treaty is 'Unstoppable'

The UN Climate Change Chief is meeting with Trump's Secretary of State tomorrow. In an interview, she declared that Congress is powerless to stop Obama's climate efforts at the UN and that the program is now "unstoppable."
