When you and your colleagues passed the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015, you had one very basic requirement.

The President of the United States would have to hand over the entire agreement, including all appendices, in order for Congress to ratify it. Here is that provision.

"Not later than 5 calendar days after reaching an agreement with Iran relating to the nuclear program of Iran, the President shall transmit to the appropriate congressional committees and leadership— ''(A) the agreement, as defined in subsection (h)(1), including all related materials and annexes."

That legislation was signed by the Barack Obama and became Public Law 114-17.

Congress ended up narrowly approving the Iran nuclear deal. But here's the thing: the Obama administration never handed over the full agreement.

We have known for a while that the rumors of a "side deal" with Iran were true. The Obama administration agreed to a side deal that would amend the main agreement to allow Iran to begin upgrading its centrifuges eight years from now.

This is much earlier than the main agreement stipulated. Additionally, the upgraded centrifuges will reduce the 'break out time' to just six months.

You and your colleagues never ratified or approved the full agreement. Multiple crucial side agreements were deliberately withheld from Congress.

Obama broke the law and as a result, this agreement was never technically approved.

You have the authority to dismantle the deal. You also have the power to make these side-deals public show the American people the truth.

Iran continues to test-fire intercontinental ballistic missiles designed solely to deliver a nuclear payload. Just the other day, they test-fired a Russian anti-air missile system designed to protect their missile silos from American and Israeli bombers. They are arming up.

Last year, the German intelligence service released a report showing that Iran continues to pursue nuclear weapons technologies.

This nuclear agreement is suicide.

Because you and your colleagues never received all of the documents pursuant to Public Law 114-17, you technically never ratified the agreement.

It is up to YOU to roll this back! It will take an Act of Congress. You can not allow this to move forward.

You were deceived and Obama broke the law to trick Congress into approving an international agreement. For goodness sake, stand up for yourself!

You MUST formally rescind Congressional approval for this horrible, suicidal nuclear agreement!
