A month ago, news broke that the Obama administration used the British to spy on the Trump campaign in order to circumvent the Fourth Amendment's prohibition on warrantless searches. The Obama administration and British vehemently denied these allegations.

It turns out, that is exactly what happened. We learned this week that the Obama administration was spying on a Trump advisor named Carter Page. But that isn't the whole story...

We know that the Obama admin requested a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump transition and their initial request was denied. They didn't have enough evidence.

Obama didn't have the evidence required for a warrant and without a warrant, his team couldn't legally or constitutionally collect the necessary evidence. The Constitution says that is supposed to be the end of the matter. No evidence, no warrant, no spying.

But the Obama White House didn't stop there. They worked with the British Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) to circumvent the Fourth Amendment.

The GCHQ spied on the Trump advisor and sent the findings to Obama's CIA Chief John Brennan. The intel was then synthesized into a report that was sent to the White House. Yet, because the surveillance was "incidental," the Trump team members' names were still redacted. Susan Rice then requested that the names be unmasked.

A month ago, I demanded that you investigate these allegations. Now, however, we know them to be true. These aren't allegations, they are crimes.

The Obama White House used the Five Eyes intelligence alliance to circumvent the law and the Constitution in order to spy on people advising the Republican Presidential nominee and President-Elect.
