We all knew that Judge William Orrick's decision to block sanctuary city defunding was a political one. The man was an Obama mega-donor, for goodness sake.

But now, we are seeing that the consequences of his decision are disastrous. The Baltimore State's Attorney Office just instructed prosecutors to refrain from charging illegal aliens with misdemeanors in order to protect them from deportation.

The Left has actually gone so far as to protect illegal alien criminals.

It is up to you to send Congress a crystal clear message: either this Obama judge and his ruling goes or they do. Period.

Last week, we saw a miscarriage of justice.

When he first took office, President Trump signed an executive order instructing the DOJ to devise a way to legally and constitutionally withhold funding from sanctuary cities.

Judge William Orrick, an Obama appointee, decided that even investigating how to defund sanctuary cities is unconstitutional...

But then we learned that Orrick was a major Obama donor. He bundled and donated close to a quarter million dollars for Obama's 2008 election campaign.

An Obama mega-donor just blocked a legal and constitutional executive order for political reasons.

But now, we see the consequences of this partisan ruling. The Baltimore State's Attorney Office has instructed prosecutors to refrain from charging illegal aliens with misdemeanors. Since a criminal charge or conviction is enough to justify deportation nowadays, Baltimore's latest plan is to just stop charging illegal alien criminals.

This is getting out of control.

You and your colleagues have sworn to keep American citizens and legal residents safe. That includes making sure that illegal alien criminals are prosecuted and deported.

And yet, you stand by while a liberal mega-donor-turned-judge and partisan prosecutors allow illegal alien criminals to run free in our cities.

This is unacceptable.

You have a number of tools at your disposal to fix this. I am calling on you to use all of them.

Either this judge and his ridiculous sanctuary cities ruling goes or you do.

Let me say that again to make sure it sinks in: Either you remove the judge and his nonsense ruling or We the People remove you.

It shouldn't have to come to that. We shouldn't have to remove Congressmen or Senators from office to get policies that keep Americans safe and I sincerely hope that it never has to come to that.
