Sanctuary City Releases Illegal Alien Who Brought a Stolen Police Rifle to School

A sanctuary jurisdiction in Maryland released an illegal alien who was caught bringing a stolen police rifle to school.

The Obama administration set Mario Granados-Alvarado free in 2014. A Federal judge ordered him deported from the country. Police arrested him in possession of a stolen car and a stolen police rifle on school property. Instead of handing him over to ICE, he was released on bail.

This is absolute madness.

The only reason this is still going on is because an Obama donor-turned-judge blocked Trump's sanctuary city order and the GOP is too afraid to intervene.

Mario Granados-Alvarado is an illegal alien from El Salvador. He was apprehended by Border Patrol in 2014 but, thanks to Barack Obama's catch-and-release program, he was released into society with nothing but a slap on the wrist and an order to appear in court.

He didn't show up to his court date. So, a Federal judge ordered him removed from the country.

Fast forward to last week. Police in Maryland caught Mario Granados-Alvarado on school property in possession of a stolen car and a stolen police officer's rifle. When they ran his prints, they saw that he had an active deportation order.

Instead of handing him over to ICE, he was released from jail on $2,000 bail.

This is what sanctuary city policies look like. The illegal alien brought a stolen police rifle to his high school and got nothing but a slap on the wrist. He was in jail on a Monday and out by Wednesday...

This is happening all over the country. It is open season on innocent Americans in these sanctuary cities. Illegal alien criminals know they can get away with practically anything.

President Trump signed an executive order instructing the DOJ to devise ways to put pressure on sanctuary cities to change their ways. However, an Obama mega donor-turned-District Judge blocked the order from going into effect. Judge William Orrick - who bundled and donated close to a quarter million dollars for Obama's campaign - ruled that it is unconstitutional for the President to even consider defunding sanctuary cities.

You and your colleagues ran on a promise to uphold our nation's laws and constitution. And yet, Congress has done NOTHING to intervene in this horribly partisan ruling.

This is shameful.

I blame these sanctuary cities and this Obama donor, but I also blame you. I blame your inaction. How many innocent Americans need to be victimized before you take action?

I am calling on you to defund Sanctuary Cities immediately. I am also writing to let you know that I will stop at nothing to remove from office any Congressman or Senator who tries to protect these illegal alien criminals and the jurisdictions that harbor them.

Enough is enough. Either defund sanctuary cities or pack your bags.
