FBI Director James Comey never intended to prosecute Hillary Clinton.

We now know that he met with Loretta Lynch and that she instructed him to stop referring to the investigation as an "investigation." Days later, while talking to reporters, Comey followed the instructions and referred to it as a "matter," exactly how Lynch told him to.

Then, we know that James Comey discovered evidence of collusion between the Democratic Party and Loretta Lynch to ensure Hillary Clinton would not be prosecuted. The memo reassured Democrats that Lynch would not let the investigation "go too far." What did Comey do? He buried the evidence.

Hillary Clinton broke the law. Comey even admitted that. Yet, even though the statute does not require intent - only gross negligence - Comey refused to recommend prosecution because there was no intent.

I can go on and on...

The point is that James Comey never intended to perform a real investigation. From the very beginning, it was decided that Hillary would not be prosecuted.

Under the law, you and your colleagues have the authority to hold witnesses in Contempt of Congress for lying under oath, refusing to appear, or violating a lawful subpoena. Hillary Clinton lied to Congress under oath and her aides violated Congressional subpoenas. She claimed to have turned over all of her work-related emails to the State Department but that is a provable lie. The FBI discovered many never-before-seen classified emails that Hillary Clinton had tried to destroy.

Comey didn't believe that constituted a crime. But you and I both know it does.

The law provides that Contempt of Congress charges must be referred to a grand jury. Neither the FBI, nor the DOJ, would have the authority to intervene. If you hold Hillary Clinton and her aides in contempt, then the law states that the Attorney General "must" impanel a grand jury.

This is all We the People want. Hillary's crimes should be presented before a jury of her peers. It was clear that Comey and Lynch were both compromised. Now that Director Comey is gone, you MUST restart this investigation and hold Hillary Clinton in contempt for lying under oath and destroying subpoenaed evidence.

Anything less is unacceptable.
