Some of your colleagues have gone too far. They have signed onto the Oversight Commission on Presidential Capacity Act, a bill that would allow Congress to bypass the Constitution's impeachment clause an remove a President by declaring him mentally ill under the 25th Amendment.

They've jumped the shark. They are now openly calling President Trump mentally ill.

Because of a few tweets? Because he fights back against the biased media? Because he prefers to speak directly to the people?

You need to stop this madness and kill the bill. But if they want to devote their time to pursuing this nonsense legislation, they obviously don't have time in their schedule to do the people's business. They should be removed from their leadership positions to make room for colleagues who are actually committed to making America great again.

There is plenty of room for policy disagreements. We can disagree over a lot of things. But pushing a Congressional bill to declare the President mentally ill is just going too far. It is impossible to cooperate on these bi-partisan issues when one party's leaders are making unethical and dangerous demands such as these.

Put an end to this bill once and for all and when that's done, give these Members of Congress the time they need to pursue this nonsense. Remove them from every committee and sub-committee they sit on because obviously, they aren't interested in working on the country's interests anymore...
