The Supreme Court had to step in and overrule a Judge in Hawaii who blocked Trump's refugee ban. After the Supreme Court ruled in Trump's favor, that same Federal Judge has once again intervened to rewrite the order.

Judge Derrick Watson rewrote the executive order to allow practically any refugee into the country, as long as they can prove they're related to someone in the country.

All refugees need to do is point to a distant cousin or even an in-law, and Pres. Trump will be powerless to block their entry into the country.

Judge Derrick Watson is the Obama-appointee in Hawaii who tried to block President Trump's refugee ban. Not only did the Supreme Court overrule him, but they did so unanimously.

They said that President Trump could block a refugee as long as they didn't have a close family member living in the United States. The administration used Federal law to interpret that to mean nuclear family members.

Now, he is once again intervening in the case. Judge Watson just rewrote President Trump's executive order. Instead of providing exceptions to just parents and siblings, Watson has added practically every other type of family member.

This week, the United States reached its 50,000 cap on refugee admissions. Because of this judge's actions, any refugee who can prove they have a distant cousin, uncle, or even in-law living in the US will be allowed to enter.

This is absolute madness. The executive order was written deliberately to stop refugees from using distant familial connections to subvert the President's directive.

With this rewrite, Judge Watson has essentially allowed anyone to enter the country. Unless he is stopped, President Trump's executive order is dead in the water.

This judge thinks he is above the law and the Constitution. He thinks he can open the country's borders to everyone.

As it is, this judge overstepped his bounds by blocking Trump's executive order. The President had to take the fight all the way to  the Supreme Court to get justice. Now, this same Judge is trying to once again open the floodgates.

This is unacceptable. You must stop him by any means necessary. That includes impeachment.
