Breaking: Federal Judge Blocks Sanctuary City Ban for Violating... Free Speech?
A Federal Judge in Texas just blocked that state's sanctuary city ban from going into effect.
His reasoning? Liberal mayors and police chiefs have a 1st Amendment right to free expression, and that includes a right to release violent illegal alien criminals back onto the street if they want.
If Congress does not act, this court ruling will breathe life back into the sanctuary city movement and lead to more innocent Americans being victimized.
