Under oath, Comey told you and your colleagues that he made the decision not to recommend prosecution after examining all the evidence and reading through the relevant precedent in earlier cases. He explained that he had no choice but to make the recommendation he did.

The truth is that he made his decision months before the investigation concluded. He was discussing exonerating Clinton with other FBI agents before having all of the evidence.

The whole investigation was a sham.

But because James Comey lied about it to you under oath, you have the statutory authority to intervene. He told Congress one thing and the transcripts now show another. That is contemptable.
