RINOs like Congressman Mike Coffman and Senator John McCain are demanding a vote on the BRIDGE Act, a bill that would codify Obama's amnesty into law.

They are circulating discharge petitions. If they can get enough Liberals and turncoat Republicans to sign on, they will be able to force a vote. They think they can stab you in the back and make you forget about it in time for their next election.

The people didn't elect Donald Trump so that he could keep the status quo. He was ushered into power on a populist wave, with one of his main issues being enforcing our immigration laws as written.

For years, you have been suing the Federal government to block amnesty from going into effect. Today, President Trump and Attorney General Sessions will announce an end to the last Obama amnesty program. And yet, instead of applauding, many of your colleagues have been preparing legislation that would make the very amnesty you fought against permanent.

The so-called "BRIDGE Act" - as opposed to the Wall Act - would make it illegal for the Trump administration to deport anyone who received amnesty from Obama. It would essentially make amnesty permanent.

It has two official Republican co-sponsors - Senators Flake and Murkowski - but Senators. Graham and McCain have also expressed their support as well. Congressman Mike Coffman is also trying to force a vote in the House of Representatives.

I am writing you to give you a very simple warning: If you think you can stab the American people in the back on immigration and expect us to forget when elections come around in two-years time, you are sorely mistaken.

The American people were clear. No amnesty. Enforce the immigration laws as written and secure the border.

That is the mandate you have. If you pass this amnesty bill without a secure border, more illegal immigrants will flood across and we'll be back in this same position a decade from now.

I want to support you. But if you go down this path and allow the BRIDGE Act to move even one step forward, I will have no choice but to direct my support elsewhere.

You need to give Donald Trump the tools and funding necessary to enforce our immigration laws. Secure the border and deport illegal alien criminals. Anything less is unacceptable.

Block the BRIDGE Act or else be removed from office!
