Attorney General Jeff Sessions has rejected Congress' call for a Second Special Counsel to be appointed.

Even though the Obama administration and Clinton campaign's crimes are piling up, Sessions is refusing to hand over the case to an unbiased prosecutor. Instead, he has appointed Inspector General Michael Horowitz and U.S. Attorney John Huber to investigate these crimes. Both men were Obama nominees.

The whole point of a Special Counsel is that it is impossible for an administration or agency to investigate itself. Not only is Sessions allowing the FBI and DOJ to investigate themselves in this, but he has tasked Obama nominees with the job.

This is absolute madness!

James Comey lied under oath. He was asked point blank by Senator Chuck Grassley whether he had ever authorized anyone to leak to the press about the Clinton investigation.

Chuck Grassley: "Have you ever authorized someone else at the FBI to be an anonymous source in news reports about the Trump investigation or the Clinton investigation?"

Jams Comey: "No."

That was a lie. When Andrew McCable was fired, he released a statement explaining that he wasn't a leaker because Comey had authorized him to speak to the media. Lying under oath is a crime and you and your colleagues have the full authority to refer that for prosecution.

Under the law, Congressional perjury and contempt charges must be referred directly to a Grand Jury. The DOJ has no discretion.

That is what you must do. The crimes are clear. The evidence is piling up. These corrupt agencies cannot be allowed to investigate themselves!
