Robert Mueller crossed the line. Instead of staying within his scope and investigating Russian interference and collusion, he has ventured out into personally going after President Trump and his allies.

But the raid on Trump's personal attorney's office went too far.

Trump is looking at firing Mueller or his boss, Rod Rosenstein. Conservatives in Congress are also looking at impeaching Rosenstein and even ending the Mueller witch hunt.

The GOP establishment is terrified. They are teaming up with Democrats to pass legislation to make Mueller's investigation permanent and to block anyone from firing him.

Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley just announced he has caved and will allow these 'protect Mueller' bills to get a vote.

Robert Mueller has jumped the rails. Instead of investigating Russian interference and collusion, he is now going after the President and his allies with whatever he can.

That is why Mueller charged Trump aides with process crimes to get them to flip. That is why Mueller charged Paul Manafort with decade-old lobbying violations and a mortgage crime. That is why Mueller charged Michael Flynn with lying to the FBI, even though the FBI agents who questioned him noted that he didn't lie.

And this is why Mueller initiated a raid on Trump's personal attorney's office to seize attorney-client documents to find dirt on the President.

The recommendation for the raid came from Mueller's team. What was Mueller investigating? Trump's alleged affair with Stormy Daniels and the now-infamous Access Hollywood tape.

He's not investigating collusion. It was never about that. Mueller is only interested in taking Trump down, however he can.

Whether Trump fires Mueller or Rosenstein, or Congress takes that lead, the fact of the matter is that the Mueller probe has gotten out of control.

Some of your colleagues are scrambling to protect Mueller and Rosenstein from being fired. They are peddling unconstitutional bills (S.1735 and S.1741) that would allow Mueller to appeal to a judge if he is fired.

You need to block these bills from moving forward. Mueller's transgressions are well documented, but to make a Special Counsel immune from being fired is completely unconstitutional.

Already, Republicans have caved and are scheduling these bills for a vote. You MUST vote them down and block them from moving forward. This witch hunt is unraveling before our eyes as Mueller gets more and more desperate to find something to justify his existence.

Mueller needs to be fired, not protected, and if you don't see that, I will replace you with someone who does!
