Rosenstein has repeatedly and consistently defied lawful, Congressional subpoenas. He has obstructed you and your colleagues' ability to conduct government oversight.

His oversight of the Mueller witch hunt has been atrocious. Mueller is supposed to be investigating Trump-Russia collusion, but the only charges against Americans have been for unconnected violations (like Manafort's home mortgage application) and process crimes. Not only has Rosenstein authorized Mueller to investigate far beyond his mandate, but he is hopelessly conflicted in all of this.

Rosenstein recommended to President Trump that James Comey be fired. Rosenstein is now allowing Robert Mueller to investigate Donald Trump for firing Comey. The whole thing was a set-up from the start.

Articles of impeachment have been drafted against Rosenstein. Not only would they lift the blockade stopping Congress from accessing DOJ and FBI documents, but it would remove Rosenstein from the Mueller probe and allow President Trump to appoint someone who isn't a Deep State saboteur.
