Shameful: Ryan Intervenes to Give Weasel Rod Rosenstein More Time!

Yesterday, Congress voted on and passed a full floor resolution demanding that Rod Rosenstein comply with the subpoenas. Last week, he handed over most of the documents, but is still refusing to surrender documents detailing the Obama administration's efforts to spy on the Trump campaign.

At the last minute, Paul Ryan demanded that the resolution be watered down. He gave Rod Rosenstein seven more days to comply. That same day, Rosenstein said he was done handing over documents.

This is how the establishment works. They want to give Rosenstein and his Deep State conspirators time to weasel out of this.

Yesterday, Rod Rosenstein made a joke of that committee hearing. He whined about being personally attacked, but the facts are clear: Not only has he been caught defying Congressional subpoenas, but his office has also been caught removing bombshell evidence from the documents that were handed over.

The House just voted on a resolution demanding full compliance from Rosenstein. But on the insistence of the leadership, Rod Rosenstein has been given seven more days to comply. We heard the same story last week. He flat-out ignored a subpoena deadline and Congressional leadership intervened and demanded he get more time.

Here's a newsflash: it doesn't matter how much time you give Rod Rosenstein and his Deep State allies. He will never hand the documents over.

He said as much yesterday. Under oath, he declared that it is "job is to make sure we respond to your requests. And we have, sir."

You and I both know that is a lie. The FBI and DOJ have refused to comply with lawful Congressional subpoenas. There is nothing more dangerous than a Justice Department official who believes he or she is above the law.

We saw it with Eric Holder, when he was held in Contempt of Congress and blocked the US attorney from prosecuting the charge. We saw it in Loretta Lynch, who believed she was so untouchable, she actually had a secret meeting with Bill Clinton aboard a private jet, days before Hillary was "exonerated."

Now, we see it in Rod Rosenstein, too. The DOJ inspector general literally caught Rosenstein trying to hide the bombshell FBI bias evidence from legislators. Congress has exercised its oversight authorities and subpoenaed documents. Rod Rosenstein has simply refused to hand them over.

The Founders knew there would come a day when it would be up to Congress to purge lawless bureaucrats from the DOJ. That day is today. Not a week from now... TODAY!

You don't need to wait seven more days. We all know that when Rosenstein blows through that deadline, he will be afforded even more time.

You need to put a stop to this right now! If you won't take immediate action, then I'll have no choice but to consider you are trying to cover for him as well... and I will vote accordingly!
