They were banking on the $3 billion that Barack Obama had promised them. He signed the UN Climate Treaty without Congressional authorization and promised to surrender American tax dollars to them as well.

President Trump withdrew, but now the UN is demanding that we still pay-up.

Last year, a handful of your colleagues worked behind the scenes to get some of the funding to the GCF restored. Senators Susan Collins, Lamar Alexander, and Lindsey Graham helped Democrats surrender millions of my tax dollars to their radical climate change agenda. Now, they are trying to do it again.

President Trump's America first agenda is winning and the globalists don't know what hit them. Just look at what is happening. The UN organization designed to redistribute climate funds is close to being forced to shut down. If this truly was about protecting the climate, other countries would have stepped up to fill the gap. But it was never about climate change. This was about penalizing the American taxpayers and redistributing my hard-earned money!

The only reason that we're even still having this conversation is because the UN refuses to let Trump formally withdraw from the Climate Treaty. Even though Obama never submitted it for ratification, the UN still sees it as binding.

That is our opening. You have the power to shut this all down. All you need to do is void Obama's signature and cut off the funding!

The UN showed their hand. They're only interested in redistributing my tax dollars. Now it is time for you to make a choice.

You need to make a decision over whether you support the United States or not. If you support the US and its interests, then you must formally void Barack Obama's signature and formally end our involvement in the UN's Paris Climate Agreement once and for all.
