Mueller has now officially shown his cards. He is not prosecuting all crimes he uncovers. He is actively trying to protect these Clinton advisors from prosecution.

For over a year, Robert Mueller was supposed to be investigating collusion. Instead, he has indicted Americans for process crimes, indicted Russian agents who had no American co-conspirators, and gone after former Trump Campaign Chairman Paul Manafort for crimes that had nothing to do with Russia or the 2016 election.

Manafort used to work on behalf of the Ukrainian government. While digging around, Mueller discovered that Manafort failed to file as a foreign agent under the Foreign Agent Registration Act.

Since this law was passed, it has only been prosecuted 9 times. Most of those charges were either dismissed, dropped, or punished with a fine. It's a glorified paperwork violation.

Mueller decided to prosecute Manafort for this. But here's the catch: Manafort was working for the Podesta Group. John Podesta was Hillary Clinton's campaign chairman. He worked on the Ukrainian contract along with his brother, Tony.

When Manafort was charged with this FARA violation, John and Tony Podesta sent the DOJ a letter trying to retroactively register. Basically, they delivered a signed confession that they broke the law.

But just now, we're learning that the Podesta's won't be prosecuted. Instead, Mueller is asking the Department of Justice to grant them immunity in exchange for testimony against Paul Manafort.

Mueller has the option to send both the Clinton and Trump campaign chairmen to prison. Is it any surprise that he's only interested in targeting the Trump advisor?

The lead prosecutor targeting Manafort is Andrew Weissmann. This man attended Hillary Clinton's election night "party" at the Jason Javits Center. He watched as John Podesta took the stage to console all of the crying Clinton supporters. Now, in a position of power, Weissmann is asking for the DOJ to grant the Podesta brothers immunity.

I knew the Mueller probe was biased, but I never thought they would go this far...

Enough is enough. Justice is supposed to be blind. Mueller has proven that he is only interested in going after Donald Trump and his advisors. He has an open and shut case against Hillary Clinton's own campaign chairman, but instead, he is requesting immunity. You must shut this down.

Congress is set to begin marking up and debating next year's Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act.

I am demanding that you add the DeSantis Amendment to this bill and pull the plug on Mueller's out of control witch hunt once and for all. This one-paragraph amendment would pull all funding from DOJ Order 3915-2017, the order that appointed Robert Mueller. Pass this amendment and Mueller wouldn't even be able to restock post-it notes, let alone give Clinton advisors immunity.

For months, pundits have asked why Mueller wasn't investigating the Clinton campaign for their obvious crimes. Now we have evidence that Clinton advisors committed the exact same crime as Paul Manafort and instead of prosecuting them, Mueller is letting them off.

The American people deserve much better than this...
