Breaking: Dems Believe They've Flipped A GOPer Against Trump's Supreme Court Nominee

Democrats are excited. This week, they won a court fight to get tens of thousands of Brett Kavanaugh's sealed documents released. They are hoping that they can use something in there to manufacture a scandal and delay the confirmation.

But Schumer isn't just hoping to stall Kavanaugh's confirmation. He now believes he can block it entirely.

The Left is launching a full pressure campaign to get just one Republican to flip. Their main target is Jeff Flake, a NeverTrumper who hates the President so much, he fled the country this summer to avoid having to vote on any of the nominees.

There is too much at stake here to just sit back. Democrats are doing everything they can to stall Kavanaugh's confirmation... and they are winning.

It is shameful watching so many of your colleagues putting politics over country. Across the board, Democrats and NeverTrump Republicans are working hand-in-hand to block the conservative agenda from moving forward.

But nothing is more shameful than what is going on with Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation.

Democrats are now demanding that the confirmation be cancelled. Why? Because they claim that Trump itraitor. Why? Because his former lawyer and campaign manager were both convicted of tax fraud.

They need to just flip one Republican and they think they have found one. Jeff Flake sits on the Judiciary Committee and has promised to block all of Trump's nominees. This summer, he even fled the country to vacation in Africa in order to avoid having to vote on Trump's judicial nominees.

He just got back into the country and has gone silent on Kavanaugh. Democrats believe they have flipped him.

Brett Kavanaugh has a stellar judicial record. So now, the Left is trying to find something -- anything -- in his past to destroy him. They just need to find a reason to force Flake and others to completely flip.

Democrats have launched a FOIA lawsuit demanding millions of pages of records. You and I both know that if they get these records, they can stall Kavanaugh's nomination indefinitely. Senator McConnell has already admitted that if the Democrats succeed, they will be able to push the confirmation vote back to mid-November... after the midterms.

Well, they just won their first court fight and got tens of thousands of Kavanaugh's records from the Ken Starr investigation unsealed. Already, they are claiming that they have found evidence that Kavanaugh broke the law by leaking grand jury evidence to the media to hurt the Clintons. They are so desperate...

They know that if they can stall Kavanaugh's confirmation for just a few months, they could potentially retake Congress and block him permanently.

Even if they can stall for a couple of days, they can stop Kavanaugh from hearing the first week of cases when the Supreme Court comes back into session, which would leave radical lower-court rulings in place.

What is even more pathetic is that the GOP leadership is letting them do it. They are so committed to defending the rules that they are allowing these radicals to bastardize and politicize the entire process.

I am demanding that you put an end to this right now!

You need to bust through this obstruction, in both the House and the Senate, by any means necessary. Yes, that includes removing Jeff Flake from the Judiciary Committee.
