The allegations against Brett Kavanaugh continue to fall apart.

Christine Blasey Ford testified under oath that she "never" helped coach anyone on how to fool a polygraph test. Last night, one of her former boyfriends submitted sworn testimony that Ford lied about this. He is claiming that he personally witnessed Ford coach a friend on how to pass a lie-detector test back in the 1990s. She lied under oath to the United States Congress. That is a felony.

Michael Avenatti's "accuser" should also face charges. She submitted a sworn affidavit that she personally saw Brett Kavanaugh spike the punch bowl at parties with drugs and alcohol. This week, however, Julie Swetnick admitted that was a lie. She merely remembers seeing Brett Kavanaugh standing near the punch bowl. He went from being a gang rapist to standing near the snack table.

The FBI is reportedly wrapping up its supplemental background check and could be finished as soon as today.

And yet, many of your colleagues are demanding another delay. They got what they wanted. They got the one-week FBI investigation. However, since the FBI probe only took five days, they want another delay.

Even House Democrats are joining this fight, filing impeachment resolutions against Kavanaugh. Whether he is confirmed or rejected by the Senate, they want to remove him from the Federal Judiciary entirely. They don't care that the allegations against him are falling apart.

This delay has already forced the Supreme Court to hear 6 cases without a 9th Justice on the bench. It's time to move forward with this nomination.
