Breaking News: Caravan Criminals Are Rushing the Border!

Trump just ordered Border Patrol to cover 12 miles of border fence with barbed wire, from the ground to the top of the fence. Trump's deployed troops also helped Border Patrol agents at the San Ysidros port of entry fortify crossing and stop the caravan from gate.

But now, a single Obama-appointed Judge is trying to stop all of this. Judge John Tigar overturned Trump's most recent executive order and instructed Border Patrol to accept asylum applications from illegal aliens who cross the border illegally.

This judge knows what he's doing. Instead of trying to get across at the hardened checkpoints, the caravan can now just walk until they find a part of the fence that is unguarded. If this judge's order stands, the entire caravan will get into the United States by the end of next week.

It's now or never. It is up to YOU to force Congress to take action and pass emergency legislation to overturn this Judge's order and fully fund Border Patrol and the border wall construction project!

Yesterday, US Customs and Border Patrol had to close the San Ysidro port of entry for almost three hours after they received news that the caravan was going to try to rush the border. Border agents were able to work with deployed troops to harden the checkpoint in time.

The caravan was forced to try to cross at the port of entry because of Trump's executive order governing asylum applications. As of this morning, however, the caravan will be free to cross the border wherever they want.

Obama Judge John Tigar just issued a ruling overturning Trump's asylum executive order. Instead of only accepting asylum applications at ports of entry, the Trump administration is now required to accept asylum claims from any migrant, anywhere in the country, regardless of how they entered the US.

After weeks of hardening the border fence in and around border checkpoints, this one judge just undid everything Trump has done to stop the caravan. All the caravan has to do is walk until the fence becomes unguarded. Or, they can walk even farther until the fence disappears all together. Then, they just need to say the word "asylum" to the first Border Patrol agent they see and they'll be allowed right in.

This is a truly radical judicial order. But it comes on the heels of other news just released. The Pentagon is defying Trump's orders and will begin withdrawing the border troops starting this week.

Not only has this Obama judge forced Trump to now defend the entire southern border, but the Pentagon is withdrawing the troops that Border Patrol needs to stop the caravan.

The Judicial branch is trying to stop Trump... Parts of the Executive Branch are trying to undermine the President...

It is up to you, the Legislature, to protect this country.

I am DEMANDING that you pass emergency immigration legislation. You must overrule this activist judge's ruling and empower the President to limit asylum applications to just ports of entry.

But you also need to immediately pass a Department of Homeland Security appropriations bill that fully funds the border wall and gives Border Patrol everything they need to keep us safe.

There are now more than 12,000 migrants gathered at the border. This is a national emergency. If you won't treat it as such and take immediate action, there will be consequences...
