The US-Mexico border is being overrun. Illegal aliens are crossing by the hundreds and thousands. Liberal organizations have already coached them on exactly what to do and say in order to get an asylum hearing.

Innocent children are being abducted and used by the cartels and traffickers as pawns to gain entry to the US. Migrants with absolutely no legitimate asylum claims are filing fraudulent paperwork anyway, knowing that it will take months to get an asylum hearing and they will have to be released into the country in the meantime.

There is zero doubt that criminals and gang members are exploiting our laws to get into the United States. Border Patrol is also warning that terrorists could be using these loopholes to do the same.

Democrat leaders are demanding a vote on a clean Dream Act. Instead of closing these loopholes and securing the border, they want to reward all of the illegal aliens who gamed the system with amnesty and even citizenship. This legislation is common sense. It closes the loopholes being abused by migrants and traffickers and empowers Homeland Security to expedite deportations of asylum frauds.
