James Comey, Loretta Lynch, and Andrew McCabe all gave conflicting testimony under oath. At least one of them committed perjury, which is punishable by up to FIVE years in prison.

Congressman Doug Collins just released the remaining transcripts from the previous Congress' probe into the handling of the Clinton email investigation.

These transcripts prove, beyond a doubt, that Obama administration officials lied to Congress under oath.

Why haven't they been charged with Contempt? Why haven't they been dragged back in to testify? Why haven't they been referred to the US Attorney for perjury prosecution?

James Comey testified under oath before the Senate in 2017 that Loretta Lynch "had directed [him] not to call it an investigation, but instead to call it a matter."

When Loretta Lynch testified before the House, she was asked if she gave this order. "I did not," she responded.

One of them is lying. One of them violated 18 USC Section 1621 and committed perjury. One of them should be facing up to five years in prison.

Comey was asked, under oath, whether he ever instructed someone in the FBI to illegally leak investigation details to the media. He said that he never did this. But when Andrew McCabe testified, he swore under oath that Comey did instruct him to leak to the media.

Again, one of these two committed perjury. One of them should have been prosecuted.

Congress has no problem referring Trump advisors for perjury prosecution or subpoenaing the President's own children, but apparently Obama officials are still untouchable. Both parties sat on this evidence for almost two years, hoping that the public would never find out. This is shameful.

I am demanding that you refer these criminals for prosecution. At least one of these Obama administration officials lied under oath to Congress about the previous administration's attempts to protect Clinton from prosecution.

You must old these people accountable for their crimes. If you will not refer them for prosecution right now, then I will have no choice but to assume you are complicit in all of this and act accordingly...
