Today's Mueller hearing is an absolute sham. Donald Trump was never a Russian spy. There was never evidence that Donald Trump was colluding with the Russian government. Mueller's report indicates that. There was NEVER evidence to support these wild conspiracy theories.

And yet, the FBI was allowed to launch a counter-intelligence investigation against the President of the United States anyway.

We know that anti-Trump FBI agents pressed to be able to spy on Donald Trump directly and they were turned down. The FBI's lawyers determined that there was not sufficient evidence to warrant a full investigation. They did not have probable cause to surveil the President-elect or the President of the United States.

That should have been the end of it. When there is no evidence of a crime, American citizens are supposed to be presumed innocent. The FBI is not supposed to go on fishing expeditions to try to discover something they could prosecute.

But Comey did not leave it there. New Reporting now indicates that the DOJ Inspector General has uncovered evidence that Comey launched an extra-legal surveillance effort against Trump before and after his inauguration. Comey is accused of flipping a source within the White House to feed him information about Trump. Comey told other FBI officials that this was to help him build out a counter-intelligence assessment.

The Head of the FBI launched a surveillance effort against the President of the United States without probable cause, after the FBI lawyers had already rejected such a tactic through official channels. How is he still a free man?

Better yet, why haven't you dragged James Comey in to answer for his actions? This isn't the first time that James Comey has been accused of breaking the law to try to remove Trump from office. Comey also admitted, under oath, that he leaked privileged government records in order to prompt the Special Counsel investigation. James Comey testified, under oath, that Attorney General Loretta Lynch ordered him to refer to the Clinton investigation as a "matter." Lynch denied that during her Congressional testimony. One of them committed perjury, but neither have been held accountable for this discrepancy.

Frankly, you have enough evidence already to refer Comey and his collaborators to the US Attorney's Office for prosecution. But both parties are blocking these investigations.

Democrats want to keep the focus on impeaching Trump and Republicans believe that the Deep State should get to decide whether Comey faces Justice...

You are shirking your duties. You are deliberately turning a blind eye to the gross misconduct and crimes that were committed by Comey and other FBI officials at the outset of the Russia investigation.

We hear time and time again that President Trump should not be above the law. But it is clear from these disgusting crimes that James Comey and his co-conspirators believed that Donald Trump was beneath the law and did not deserve the presumption of innocence...
