Breaking: GOPers and Dems Caught Pushing Another Anti-Border Wall Amendment!!

We just discovered another anti-border wall amendment buried deep in the Defense Department appropriations bill. This one sentence would outlaw all Pentagon-funded border wall construction.

This would revoke Pres. Trump's border wall national emergency and cancel more than 450 miles of border wall projects set to be completed next year.

There are already 25 Republicans in the House and Senate lining up to vote for this surrender amendment. If it went to a vote right now, it would pass and border wall construction would grind to a halt.

Your colleagues are making a mockery of the appropriations process. Both parties struck a deal last month on a budget. Republicans and Democrats both agreed not to include any poison pills in the final appropriations package. And yet, that is exactly what the Establishment and Far Left are doing anyway.

In Section 227 of the Homeland Security Appropriations Act, there is a provision that would outlaw any Federal funds from being used for border wall construction, restoration, or renovation.

In Section 2801 of the National Defense Authorization Act, there is an amendment prohibiting any Pentagon funds from being used to design or carryout any project to "construct, replace, or modify a wall, fence, or other physical barrier along the international border between the United States and Mexico."

In the HHS Appropriations Packages, there are poison pill amendments dealing limiting illegal alien detention and expanding migrant welfare programs.

Across the board, your colleagues are going back on the deal. They are loading each and every spending bill with open border poison pill amendments, hoping that at least some of them will slip through.

They don't care about the actual crisis at the border. They don't care that our Border Patrol agents are begging for walls along the border to stop the flood of illegal aliens into the country. They don't care that the border wall will save countless American lives and keep the country safe.

No, the only think the Establishment cares about is keeping the border as open as possible, for as long as possible. And, of course, they want to serve Donald Trump with a loss. You see, they hate the President more than they love this country. They are holding our national security hostage because they are so desperate to defeat the President.

And they are hoping that you care more about averting a government shutdown than you care about securing the US-Mexico border.

I am demanding that you put an end to this. You must go line by line through each and every appropriations bill and strip out each and every open border amendment that is in there.

There is no compromising on this. There is no such thing as meeting halfway on national security. We either have border security, or we don't. And border security is not possible without these new sections of border wall.

You either care about your constituents, or you don't.

Make no mistake. If you dare vote for any of these spending amendments, or do anything to make it harder for Pres. Trump to secure the border, you will be removed from office.
