President Trump actually did it. He officially pulled the plug on Planned Parenthood's funding and has now given it to pro-life pregnancy and women's healthcare centers instead!

Thanks to Trump's executive order, Planned Parenthood officially lost $33.6 million in Federal funding this past week!

But now, Congress is voting to give it all back! Democrats have slipped an amendment into the Health and Human Services Appropriations Act that would undo Trump's executive order and give Planned Parenthood all of its funding back!

And the GOP cowards are already caving to their demands!

Starting this week, abortion providers have no longer had access to Title X Federal funds.

For decades, it has been illegal for Federal funds to pay for abortion procedures. However, clinics have gotten around this ban using clever accounting tricks. President Trump's 'Protect Life' rule puts a stop to all of that. Any clinic that refers for or performs abortions will no longer be eligible for HHS family planning funds.

This shouldn't be controversial. The American people overwhelmingly support the ban on Federally-funded abortions. This regulation closes accounting loopholes that Planned Parenthood -- the world's largest abortion provider -- used to access the funding anyway.
And yet, many of your colleagues are now trying to undo Trump's new regulation. Slipped into page 49 the Health and Human Services Appropriations Act is an amendment designed to roll-back the President's Protect Life rule.

It reads that, "the Secretary shall carry out section 1001 of the PHS Act solely in accordance with any regulations or other conditions or instructions established by the Secretary pursuant to the authority under section 1006 of the PHS Act that applied as of January 18, 2017, to grants and contracts awarded under section 1001 of the PHS Act..."

This provision would undo all of the Trump administration's work and force HHS to disburse Title X funds according to the Obama administration standards that were in place two days before Trump's inauguration. This is truly a disgusting abuse of power. Of course, Senate Democrats and a handful of Republicans are trying to slip this amendment into their version of the bill as well.
You must stop them!

I am demanding that you do everything in your power to stop this provision from becoming law. I don't care what it takes. I don't care what the Left tries to bribe you with to get you to turn a blind eye to what they are doing. There is no hiding from this...

You CANNOT allow them to roll back President Trump's Protect Life regulation and restore Planned Parenthood's funding!
