Anti-Trump Establishment Republicans are now moving forward with their plan. They are trying to get one more GOPer to flip so that they can make the impeachment and removal votes a secret ballot.

They know that it would be political suicide to vote to impeach or remove President Donald Trump. So, they want to hold the vote in secret so they can hide their vote from the American people.

Let me repeat myself: This is a Republican proposal. And it would only take Four Republicans to side with the Democrats to make it happen!

There is no other word to describe it. This is a coup. These cowards believe they know better than the 63 million Americans who elected Donald Trump and undo the 2016 election.

The Establishments of both parties want to use the rules process to conduct the impeachment and removal votes by secret ballot. The Constitution allows for the House and Senate to conduct votes in secret. Your colleagues want to be able to vote to impeach and remove Donald Trump from office without having to go on the record.

Democrats love this idea because it would protect the 40 vulnerable Democrats up for re-election next year in pro-Trump districts. Some Republicans see this as a chance to 'vote their conscience' without having to face the voters.

But no matter how you look at it, this would be a gross abuse of power. Not only do your colleagues want to undo the 2016 election, but they now want to deny the American people the ability to even know how their Representative and Senators vote...

You know that the American people do not support this impeachment sham. Every poll now shows it.

But instead of honoring the will of the voters, the solution being floated by your colleagues is to cast the impeachment and removal ballots in secret so neither party has to face the consequences of their actions...

The 116th Congress has been the least productive Congress in American history. You have passed fewer bills than any other Congress in the modern era.
