The true measure of any society is how they treat their most vulnerable members. There is no one more vulnerable than the unborn and newborn children.

Last week, you stood your ground and refused to restore Planned Parenthood's access to Title X funding. You officially got the US taxpayers out of the abortion business.

This year, we learned just how radicalized the abortion industry has become. Virginia's Democrat Governor announced on the radio that the supported a bill to allow doctors and nurses to deliberately neglect newborn babies and the New York Legislature passed a new law allowing for abortions at any time in pregnancy, even up to the delivery date.

How would you measure a society that allows for viable babies to be killed hours or minutes before birth? A country that allows doctors and nurses to deliberately neglect newborn babies that desperately need help?
I am demanding that you pass two pieces of legislation to put a stop to this barbarity once and for all: the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act and Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act!
When a surgeon wants to operate on a 20+ week old baby in-utero, he has to administer anesthesia in order for the surgery to be legal and ethical. That is because babies, at this point in their development, are able to feel pain. However, if that same doctor wanted to perform a late-term abortion, he or she would be allowed to dismember the baby in the womb.

The Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act would outlaw abortions after the 20th week of gestation, the point at which unborn children begin to be able to feel pain.

There is also a glaring loophole in current law that allows medical staff to deliberately neglect an abortion suvivor born alive after a botched procedure. Innocent babies are literally left to die from exposure because doctors and nurses do not want to save them.

The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act would clarify that all born-alive infants, including those born from botched abortion procedures, are human beings deserving protection. The bill would mandate that medical staff perform life saving care to the child. Any doctor or nurse who kills an abortion survivor, or deliberately neglects them, would be guilty of murder.

These bills are common sense. And yet, both neither Democrats nor Republicans want them to pass...

You have a duty to put a stop to this barbarity and pass these bills to give unborn and newborn children rights.

If you allow these radical abortion policies to take root, I will remove you from office.

If you can't even muster the courage to defend the most vulnerable CITIZENS in this country, then I will have no choice but to replace you with someone who will!
