Trump ordered the United States to withdraw from the UN's Paris Climate Treaty. In defiance of this order, Nancy Pelosi flew to a UN conference last month to try to save it. She told the entire world to ignore President Trump and to negotiate with her instead. This is treasonous.

Nancy Pelosi is in trouble. By pushing these bogus impeachment articles, she has put dozens of Democrat seats at risk. She openly admitted that Democrats would have to lose their seats in order to gt a shot at taking down the President.

Not only did Barack Obama have no right to sign the treaty without Congressional ratification, but he had no authority to implement it by executive order or donate funding to help with its implementation. And yet, that is exactly what Obama did.

When Donald Trump took office, he put a stop to all donations and treaty implementation. He also signed an order formally withdrawing from the treaty and barred any US officials from helping the UN organize or implement it.

Last month, Nancy Pelosi defied that order and traveled to Madrid to attend the COP25 Climate Conference. The purpose of this conference was to finalize treaty implementation terms.

"By coming here," Pelosi told attendees, "we want to say to everyone, we're still in. The United States is still in!" She then told world leaders to bypass the Trump administration and work directly with Congress to impose the UN treaty onto the American people.

Not only did Nancy Pelosi violate the Logan Act by representing the US at this conference, but she told world leaders to ignore the President of the United States and negotiate with her instead. This is seditious.
For three years, we have all suspected that a number of your colleagues have sought to undermine the Trump administration's foreign policy. But this is the first evidence of open sedition. Not only did Nancy Pelosi likely violate the law by "formally" representing the United States at a UN conference, but she openly colluded with foreign governments to devise a plan to get around Trump's policy declaration and keep Barack Obama's treaty signature alive.
If any other Member of Congress did this, they would already have been removed from their office. If any other Member of Congress violated the Logan Act to subvert US foreign policy, and openly colluded with foreign countries to bypass the State Department, they would have already been stripped of their power. But because it is Nancy Pelosi, we are all expected to just turn a blind eye to this sedition.

Make no mistake, Nancy Pelosi is going down. After everything she has put this country through over the past year, she is losing support at a record pace. But this latest stunt is truly the icing on the cake.
