Bad: Dems and GOPers Scheming to Overrule Trump and the Supreme Court on Immigration!

The Supreme Court just delivered Trump a MAJOR victory. The court ruled 5-4 that Trump's "Public Charge" immigration regulation can now go into full effect, nationwide.

What that means is that if immigrants want to become permanent residents, and then American citizens, they have to prove that they are not relying on US government funded welfare.

This is a law that dates back to the 1800s, but modern Democrats had chipped away at it in recent years. Trump's new regulation makes it clear that immigrants -- people who electively choose to move to the United States -- cannot stay if they rely on welfare programs.

Democrats are furious. They are now mounting a Congressional Review Act challenge to the regulation and only need FOUR Republicans to flip in order to overrule the President. Pelosi and Schumer are scrambling to convince GOPers to turn on the President before the clock runs out.

Our goal today is to deliver a very simple message to Congress: Any Congressman or Senator, Democrat or Republican, who votes against Trump's new Public Charge regulation will be dragged out of office. But we can't do it without you!

The Supreme Court has just upheld President Trump's common sense "public charge" immigration regulation. Under a law dating all the way back to the 1800s, it is illegal for an immigrant to become a permanent resident or a citizen if they are deemed a "public charge." That has always been interpreted to mean reliant on government assistance programs.

In recent decades, that rule has been watered down to create exceptions to the ban. The result is that 63 percent of all non-citizen households in the United States are now reliant on government assistance programs.

The United States is the most generous country on earth and our refugee and asylum programs would not be touched by this regulation. All the new Public Charge rule does is clarify that immigrants -- people who electively choose to move to the United States for work or to be with family -- cannot become reliant on US Government assistance.

This is what putting America First means.

Unfortunately, many of your colleagues are so blinded by anti-Trump hatred that they now want to overturn this regulation. Democrats are mounting a Congressional Review Act challenge to not only reverse the President's Public Charge rule, but also prevent it from ever being implemented again.

If you sign onto this plan, or help it pass in any way, I need you to understand that you will be removed from office.

You were elected to serve the American people, your constituents. You were elected to be a good steward of our tax dollars and ensure that they are going to programs that help Americans first.

If you cannot understand that, then you are unfit to serve in any capacity...
