UN Caught Helping Illegal Aliens Force Their Way Across the Border

Last week, after the 9th Circuit Court briefly overturned Pres. Trump's Remain in Mexico policy, there was a rush at the border. Hundreds of migrants tried to rush the El Paso checkpoint and the Trump administration had no choice but to close down the entire border bridge.

This had the United Nations' fingerprints all over it...

The UN is stepping up their efforts to force countries to bow down to their immigration demands and open their borders. Last week, UN officials moved to block Greece from closing its borders to Middle Eastern refugees. Now, the United Nations is trying to do the same here with Central American "asylum" seekers.

Why are we sending the UN money? Every time we fund them, they use our tax dollars to try to undermine our national security and chip away at our sovereignty. Enough is enough!

Rep. Mike Rogers (R-AL) has the solution. His American Sovereignty Restoration Act (H.R. 204) would cut off all funding to the United Nations, revoke their diplomatic immunity, and block UN officials from ever being able to command US soldiers again.

Last week, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned President Trump's Remain in Mexico policy. Immediately after the ruling, crowds of migrants began gathering on the Mexico side of the border. Within hours, the El Paso bridge checkpoint was forced to close to stop hundreds of migrants from storming the border and forcing their way in.

This has the United Nations' fingerprints all over it. For years, the UN has been coaching illegal aliens and teaching them precisely what they have to say to Border Patrol agents in order to trigger the asylum process and get themselves released into the country.

You and I know that the asylum claims being made at the border are bogus. These people are not fleeing war, famine, disease, or natural disasters. Their asylum applications are fraudulent. But there are so many applications being filed, it is impossible to hear all of the cases.

We already know that UN officials and UN-funded organizations are coaching migrants to help them commit asylum fraud.

Now, the UN is coming out directly and vowing to block countries that exercise their sovereign right to close their borders. Last week, Greece closed its borders to new asylum applications. The United Nations immediately dropped the hammer and vowed to force Greece to reopen their borders.

Think of that. In the middle of a pandemic, the United Nations is now forcing countries to keep their borders wide open...

And now, the UN is turning their sights on the United States. They are claiming that Trump's Remain in Mexico policy violates international law.

Why are you funding these radicals? Every time that the United Nations receives US funding, they use it to undermine our national security and chip away at our sovereignty.

Seriously, why are you continuing to send them money?

Rep. Mike Rogers has a bill that would put a stop to this and end the practice of sending the UN a blank check. His bill -- the American Sovereignty and Restoration Act -- would cut all UN funding, put an end to the diplomatic immunity that UN officials enjoy, and permanently prohibit UN officials from ever again assuming control over US military forces.

The only funding that would be allowed would be to withdraw American personnel and equipment from UN facilities. When this bill passes, Congress would be able to choose, on a case by case basis, whether to work with the UN on certain issues. But the UN would no longer receive billions of dollars from American taxpayers to use as they wish.

This is what it means to put America First...
